Q1 : What happens after I send in the order?
Answer: You will see your registration information immediately after your order. In addition, we will send your registration information within 12 hours after sending the online order form.
Q6 : I have installed keylogger. But then I cannot open it.
Answer: At first, please make sure that the software is not removed by Antivirus.
Go to the installation path (by default "Program Files\FK_Monitor"). Can you see service.exe there?
If not, then it was probably removed by antivirus, or by user.
Please try to temporaty disable antivirus, then reinstall keylogger.
After that, add installation path to the exceptions list of antivirus.
Q7 : How to uninstall your software?
Answer: Here is a standard uninstall procedure:
Right click at the tray icon, and choose "Uninstall" item from the popup
menu. If you cannot see the icon, please manually remove the installation folder.
By default, for Free Keylogger it is "Program Files\FK_Monitor". For Total Spy - "Program Files\TSS Manager".
